Dear adobe team, 

I am just cancel my student plan per month a few days ago and today Nov 23 2021 i donn't understand why Adobe change $109.95 from my bank acccount. I didn't mean to buy anything or if this is a problem so can I request a refund for this payment please ?

Hi @Hoàng21897067nqtr,

Did you cancel your plan within the 14 day grace period?  If yes, you may be eligible for a refund.  You should have received an email confirming you cancelled.  Check your spam folder. 

 

If you did NOT cancel within 14 days or ordering, then no.  You cannot get a refund for the 50% early cancellation fee.

All student plans are annual: you promise to pay for the whole year, and then each year as it renews. But Adobe do let you cancel and give a generous discount of 50%. So, instead of paying $218 for the rest of the year, you pay only $109 to cancel now. I think you cancelled very early in your annual commitment.
