my automatic payment is active and app store pay for a application yearly subscription i want to cancel it 

can you help me its so important to me .if i can cancel it can you say me how i can ??? 

or can you give me a support email ??

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.
