My account: <email address removed> has been charged $43.67 for subscription. Even though I have canceled the free trial on Oct 10, 2025, I still got charged on Oct 18. Please help me get a full refund.  Thanks!

To add more context, Adobe said it will refund $38.99 to my account which means I will still lose ~ $5 for the subscription that I did not buy? full refund of $43.67 please, Thanks!
