"Request Access" to Substance 3D Painter

Hi, I'm wondering how to gain access to the Substance software. I work for a corporation and have Creative Cloud through a work account. I "requested access", but my administrator cannot grant it and has not been able to find any information on how to resolve this. Does anyone know of this issue?

Substance is not part of the Creative Cloud plan and requires a separate subscription

Thanks, Dave. I had a hunch that might be it, but the "request access" part was confusing. Appreciate it
