Request Assistance: Educational Discount Not Applied + Refund Needed

Hi everyone,
I need help with a plan issue.

My educational plan was not applied correctly and I was charged the full amount of over €70 instead of the discounted student rate.
My education status has been confirmed again, but my account is still on the non-education plan.

I kindly ask for support to: 

1. Switch my subscription back to the student plan;

2. Refund the overcharged difference.

If an Adobe staff member could help me resolve this, I’d really appreciate it.

make sure your student credentials are updated and then change your plan https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html
