Hi, I was unaware that a subscription was made. My daughter used my account and must've bought it. Today I have been charged for a monthly fee but I immediately cancelled it the same day I was charged once I was aware. Will I be able to receive a full refund? I didn't want this subscription.

You need to have a L-O-N-G talk with your daughter about reading and understanding what is on the computer screen
