Request for a refund of a non-subscription app

On May 10th I cancelled my Adobe Acrobat free trial and got a confirmation email from Adobe, yet today (May 13th) my card got 4.99 USD declined for some service called AI Assistant for Acrobat like what the heck Adobe? You did not even mention anything about this in the Cancellation Confirmation Email. I want my money back this feels like a fraud :)

    Thanks for the support guys, I contacted Customer Support yesterday and am waiting for a confirmation of refund.

    you subscribed to both and needed to cancel both. 

     

    at this time, cancel everything in your account ( https://account.adobe.com ) , if you want no adobe subscriptions.

    Oh my god this still feels like a fraud @-@@@@@ Thanks for your response man I just cancelled the other subscription. Will I get a refund tho?

    You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.
