Request for Cancellation and Full Refund Within 14-Day Period

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on February 7.

I noticed the credit card charge on February 15.

As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

Due to the Lunar New Year holiday, I was unable to contact customer support earlier.

Could you please let me know when customer support for the Asia region will be available to assist with this request?

    I confirm that a refund has been initiated to your account by Adobe yesterday for cancelling Adobe Stock.

    It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to get processed. We appreciate your patience.

    refunds are automatic if you qualify.  they take up to 14 days.  meanwhile,  check your account to confirm it shows what you expect, https://account.adobe.com

    you’ll need to contact adobe support if you want to dispute your trial start date (shown on your trial start confirmation from adobe).

    Hi everyone. I would like a refund for my plan, since today was the last day of my free trial. I tried to cancel through my plan management page, but I received an automated response saying I’ve already paid and that the next billing is next month. However, I am still within the 14-day period and want a refund for this month, as I don’t want to keep the subscription. How should I proceed? Thanks!

    Adobe offers full refund only if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days as mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    Please cancel your subscription following these steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    Once the plan is cancelled (within first 14 days of purchase), an automatic refund gets issued which takes 12-14 days to process.

    Hello. I was charged for an Adobe subscription unintentionally.

    I did not plan to continue the subscription and would like to cancel it and request a refund for the recent charge.

    Please help me resolve this issue.

    You can self cancel by going to https://account.adobe.com/plans and go to manage your plan. The refund will be issued automatically, without you having to do additional steps.
