Request for Cancellation and Full Refund Within 14-Day Period
I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on February 7.
I noticed the credit card charge on February 15.
As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.
Due to the Lunar New Year holiday, I was unable to contact customer support earlier.
Could you please let me know when customer support for the Asia region will be available to assist with this request?
