Hello.

On April 27th 2026, I was charged for the “Adobe Acrobat Pro” and “AI Assistant for Acrobat” subscriptions, following my trial period for both of these products.

Given that I am within 14 days of my purchase, I would like to request a refund for both of these payments and cancellation of my subscriptions for this month.

My email is [removed by moderator]

Thank you.

    @bokerial Thanks for your response.
    I reviewed your account details again and found that both of your subscriptions are 1 month and 11 days old. As my colleague mentioned above, refunds can only be provided if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. Hence, you account is not eligible for refund.

    Please refer to this article for more details: https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

    you have to cancel.  no one here can do that for you.  ie, see the below links.

    Refunds are automatic, however for that to happen you should first cancel the subscription. See the following articles for more details

    I have already cancelled the plans. But they were both monthly subscriptions, so they both say the plan has been cancelled but “Service will expire on May 27, 2026”. So seems like the recurrent payment was cancelled but my current months subscription is still active and I don’t see any way of cancelling that. How do I cancel my currently active subscription so the refund is initiated?

    Thanks for posting to this public discussion forum, @bokerial.

    I am sorry you did not find more value in our services, and that you have encountered problems managing your subscription.

    The monthly subscriptions you started in March are still active. If you want to end your commitment, then please complete the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html as suggested by @Manan Joshi.

    Refunds are only available within the first 14 days, but since you have a monthly subscription, you will retain access until the time you have paid for ends, @bokerial. For more information on the cancellation process, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html#annual-paid-monthly.

    Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, @bokerial.
