Request for Cancellation and Refund – Adobe Illustrator Annual Plan
Dear Adobe Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am currently a student continuing my studies under very difficult personal circumstances.
Recently, I subscribed to Adobe Illustrator for what I believed was a 3-month plan, as I only needed it for a short-term class assignment.
However, I later realized that I had unintentionally enrolled in a 1-year plan, which I did not intend. I sincerely apologize for the mistake.
I would like to cancel the plan, but the cancellation fee is around 100,000 KRW, which is a significant burden for me at this time.
I understand and respect Adobe's policy, but I kindly ask if there is any possibility of making an exception and allowing a cancellation without the fee in this case.
Once I am in a better financial situation, I would be more than happy to subscribe again.
