Request for Clarification on Subscription Cancellation and Billing

Hello, I am writing to inquire about a recent charge on my account. I signed up for the Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial and successfully canceled my subscription before the free trial period ended. I have not used any Adobe services since then.

However, I have just received a billing notification indicating that I am being charged for a subscription. This seems to be a mistake, as I am certain that I canceled my account correctly and within the free trial period.

Could you please clarify why I am receiving this charge? I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and refund the unauthorized charge as soon as possible.

@heeseok0520 you cancelled the 'Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial' not the 'AI Assistant' 



You need to cancel that too
