Request for Immediate Adobe Stock Cancellation Without Fees

Hello,

I would like to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription immediately and without any cancellation fees.
I do not want any alternative plan.

Please note that I have not used the service since my subscription began, and I intended to cancel earlier but forgot to do so. Unfortunately, my current financial situation does not allow me to pay any early termination fees.

I kindly ask you to make an exception and cancel my subscription without penalty.
Please confirm in writing that I will not be charged.

Thank you for your understanding.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Thank you for the links.

I’ve already reviewed those pages, but I’m writing to request a cancellation without fees.

I haven’t used Adobe Stock at all and forgot to cancel earlier. Given my current financial situation, I’m asking for an exception.

As a resident of Quebec, Canada, I understand that under our Consumer Protection Act (section 214.6), a consumer may cancel a distance contract at any time before the service is used. Section 12 also invalidates abusive penalty clauses.

Thank you for your understanding.

you'll need to discuss that with adobe.
