Request for invoice while trial period Premiere Pro already ended

Hi, 

I have just received an invoice for Premiero Pro while I already ended the trial period:

Please find the original invoice and prove of cancellation as attachments to this message. 

 

Moreover, it is extremely difficult to request a refund, so this 'chat' is my last resort. I would be very helpful to have a button 'refund' in the Invoice section. Or it would be helpful to have an AI chat that actually helps me to find the right page. 

 

However, I would like to request a refund through this chat. Thanks in advance.
