Hi, 

I had subscribed to lightroom last week for a 1 year plan in which free trail expires today. I made autopayment in apple media service with upi linked to google pay. I cancelled subscription in apple media, but still the payment was made in google pay. Now I have cancelled the autopayment in both apple media and google pay. Contacted google pay support, they said to contact the merchant for refund.

Can someone help me with this issue?

I also tried mailing LrAndroid-Feedback@adobe.com for support, but didn't get the required support. Also not able to get customer support option.

We're here to help you. I see that you have a Lightroom mobile subscription under the same ID as with this community. Unfortunately, there is nothing much we can do.
