Good afternoon.

I just realized that I accidentally forgot to cancel the free trials and the payment have been processed when I realized the problem. 

However, I didn’t use any credits since I didn’t need to use the application and simply forgot to cancel the subscription. 

I cancelled it within 14 days, May I get a refund please? 

Adobe team lmk if there is any problem associated with processing the refund
