I subscribed the 7 days free trial . Iam student . I forgot to cancel the subscription. Today I saw they take my money from bank so kindly refund the money . Please

    I am sorry there are no active plans or recent purchases under the account which you used to post to this public discussion forum. If you purchased your student plan from Adobe then see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/unknown-charge-on-bill.html for information on how to locate the account with the active subscription.

     

    You will need to be logged in under the account with the active subscription to manage it, ​@Vivek.

     

    If your subscription is provided by your school, then please contact your school’s Creative Cloud plan administrator for assistance.

    you must cancel your subscription within the refund period to qualify for a refund.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
