Request for Refund and Confirmation of Subscription Cancellation
Good day,
I am writing to formally request a refund for the amounts charged WHICH YOU DEDUCTED TWICE TODAY on the referenced invoices.
I cancelled my subscription within six days of activating the free trial, prior to the scheduled deduction date of 18 December. The upgrade was made in error as I was trying to delete the already existing account, and the subscription was subsequently deleted. As I am still within the 14-day cooling-off period, I respectfully request that the two charged amounts be refunded in full.
Please also confirm that my subscription has been fully cancelled and that no further charges will be incurred.
