Hi @Soothing_Dusk8076,

Thank you for reaching out.

As checked, you have an active Creative Cloud All Apps individual plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. This plan is an annual plan paid annually.

If you were charged for an annual plan but intended to subscribe to a monthly plan, please note that Adobe offers a 14-day refund window for most subscriptions. Since your charge was made within the last 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund. You can cancel the current plan and subscribe to the monthly version instead.

For more information on subscription terms and cancellation policies, please refer to the following resources:

We hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi @Soothing_Dusk8076,

If you cancel your annual plan within the 14-day refund window, the amount charged will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. The refund typically reflects in your account within a few business days.

You may choose to purchase a new monthly plan either after the refund is processed or immediately after cancelling the current plan.

Let us know if you need any assistance with the cancellation or selecting a new plan.

Regards,
