Request for Refund – Annual Photoshop Subscription Renewed Automatically (Within 14 Days) (Ukraine)

Hello,
I’m writing here because the support chat isn’t working and the phone numbers are unavailable.

A year ago, I purchased an annual Photoshop subscription but used the program only rarely. Over time, I completely forgot about the subscription since I no longer use Photoshop.
However, a few days ago, I was charged again for the annual renewal (the new subscription period started on October 8).

I have already canceled the subscription and would like to request a refund, as it has been less than 14 days since the renewal.

Please contact me via email. I kindly ask you to review my case and consider issuing a refund.

I understand that you want to get the plan cancelled immediately and do not wish to use it this year.

check to see if you're due a refund: make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html\

Please refund the payment for the subscription that was automatically renewed after a year, as I no longer use Adobe Creative Cloud. It has been less than 14 days since the renewal.

I kindly ask you to review my situation. I did not confirm any payment method, as I hadn’t checked my email. I received several messages saying that the payment was declined because my card information was outdated.

The payment was supposed to be processed on October 9, but it was actually charged on October 18.
I have not been using Photoshop and did not plan to use it. I also did not confirm the renewal or approve any payment.

Moreover, the payment was made using credit funds, so now I am in debt because of this unexpected charge.

Please, understand my situation and consider issuing a refund. I truly did not intend to renew this subscription and did not authorize the payment.
