I’m writing here because the support chat isn’t working and the phone numbers are unavailable.
A year ago, I purchased an annual Photoshop subscription but used the program only rarely. Over time, I completely forgot about the subscription since I no longer use Photoshop.
However, a few days ago, I was charged again for the annual renewal (the new subscription period started on October 8).
I have already canceled the subscription and would like to request a refund, as it has been less than 14 days since the renewal.
