Request for Refund as I didn't know the different products have different plans
I started a free trial for acrobat reader, I didn’t know all the other services also started. right after that day I cancelled the plan. but I didn’t know it was not updated on web or it was active on some other plan. after that I never checked it thinking I’d already cancelled the subscription as I saw software stopped the trial services.
Today 13 may I just saw the payment deducted. and Right away I’m here. I checked and cancelled whatever plan I saw was active. + I want my refund please. As I saw in 14 days I can request the refund. it’s just couple of hours It got deducted and I saw it and came here.
