Hello Shivangi. Thank you for that info. I did have another account back in 2023, but that was closed due to inactivity. All my activity in the last year and half has been with one email. I am also based in Australia but there is a USA-based website. Is it possible I've been paying for USA and Australian access? I don't know how to have this investigated without revealing my personal emails to this public forum. Could you let me know how I can take action as there multiple payments are real and nonconsensual. Thank you!

This was a notice I got back in 2023. Is it possible I've been paying for years for an account I don't use? Whenever I log into Adobe, it defaults to my current account, so I cannot check.
