Request for Refund Due to Subscription Charges

I canceled my subscription during the free trial, for sure, but was charged for two extra months. Additionally, I had to pay 350 NIS to cancel the plan. How can I request a refund for these charges? Thanks

    you can check details of your cancellation at, https://account.adobe.com.  if that confirms that you cancelled during the refund period and no refund is shown as pending, you should contract support per the above.
