Hello, May I request for a refund of my automatic bill this September 12 amounting to 1,450.40 pesos. I have been wanting to cancel my subscription but it is connected to my visa card which automatically gets the payment and if I want to unlink my account, It will not let me because it needs to get money again. This is so frustrating, I have not used ADOBE for months now but I have paying for it for months now as well. The Auto-debit is so sketchy. That was solely my allowance for this week. Huhu please

I don’t get it, did you cancel your subscription or not? If you did cancel, check at https://account.adobe.com/plans then you should not be charged irrespective of your cards status. If not then you will be charged irrespective of your usage because Adobe does not monitor the app it. For cancellation see

Last January, I was about to cancel the subscription because I no longer find the software useful. Before cancellation it offered something that I will not get charged for months if I retain my subscription. Also, that time if I cancel the plan there is a cancellation fee that was more than the monthly subscription. Last April, it was auto-debitting but since I have no funds. It failed multiple times for months. Today, I there was sufficient amount on my card thus the successful transaction made by Adobe. I immediately cancelled today again for the nth time but it says I need to pay ₱5,801.60. Either way, I will get charged no matter what. I want to change cards too but it won’t let me because I need to have funds on the new card so it will auto-debit again. Today, I officially cancelled it even if I’ll get charged. I’ll just change my card and abandon it since Adobe won’t let me cancel without fee. This is so frustrating as I was charged ₱1,450.40 even if my previous subscription was just at around ₱1,090+. I hope i’ll get this refund because this is the last money I have on my account. If not, I will no longer be using any Adobe product as this is a traumatizing experience.

I suppose you erred by not taking a decision at the earliest and lost money. I would say connect with Adobe Support and discuss your options. But be clear on whether you need the software or not, else you may again get into the circle of accepting an offer and then getting frustrated. An offer is good only if it is of use to you else it is an expense in the end.
