Request for Refund on Accidental Annual Subscription

Dear Adobe Support Team,

 

I hope this message finds you well.

 

I am writing to inform you that I have mistakenly subscribed to an annual Acrobat subscription, which has charged me an amount ofAEDD 229. Immediately after realizing the error, Iunsubscribedd from the service.

 

As this was an unintentional subscription and I have not used the service, I kindly request that you initiate a refund for the amount charged at your earliest convenience.

 

Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

Since you subscribed through the Google Play Store, you need to contact them for billing issues.

 

Please tell us the date you subscribed and the date you cancelled.
