Question

Request for Refund on Unused Adobe Stock Subscription

Hi Adobe Support and Community,

I’m looking for help with a billing issue related to an unused Adobe Stock subscription.

In May 2024, I signed up for Adobe Stock using a secondary account to try the free trial. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel it, and I’ve been charged monthly ever since—without using the service even once.

I just canceled the subscription today. I’m a long-time Creative Cloud user on my main account, and I never intended to run two active subscriptions.

I also didn’t realize I was being charged twice all year because both subscriptions billed the exact same amount—per month—making it hard to notice until recently.

I already contacted Adobe Support via chat and sent a direct message to @AdobeCare on X, but I haven’t received a satisfactory resolution yet. I’m hoping someone here might be able to help escalate or guide me toward a possible refund or credit.

Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions!

Best regards,

Mehmet

there's no way to work around adobe support.  ie, if they aren't/weren/t sympathetic, you're at the end of your appeals.

Hi mehmetk60854479,

We understand your concern. I see that you have an active Creative Cloud all apps subscription under the ID that you are using here. I assume you have a Stock subscription under a different email address.

Request you to kindly get in touch with support when you have logged in with the other ID. You may use this link to contact support: https://adobe.ly/44fJYKm.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I had already mentioned earlier that I contacted @AdobeCare via X (Twitter), and they’ve now offered a partial refund and are processing the cancellation. I really appreciate their support.

Just sharing this here in case it helps others—reaching out through social media can sometimes lead to a better outcome, especially if regular support wasn’t able to help.
