Request for Refund: Photoshop Elements 2026 Not Working on Intel Core i5 iMac

My newly purchased Photoshop Elements 2026 is not working, and I believe the issue may be due to my system’s processor not meeting the required specifications. I have an Apple iMac with an Intel Core i5 processor.
 

I have tried reinstalling the application several times, but it still does not function properly. Unfortunately, I did not verify compatibility before purchasing earlier today.
 

I would like to kindly request a refund. My order number is [Moved to Notes].

    The instructions I recieved are about canceling a plan . Want to cancel an Application, Adoebe Photoshop Elements 2026. When I go to my account there is no way to cancel an application.. Please help.
