I cancelled my subscription on July 2 (within 14 days of registration) but until now I have not received the refund that I was charged after 7 days of trial. Can Adobe team help me on this? Thank you

I don’t understand why I cancelled the trial on July 2, but now I checked again and I saw that I’m enrolled in an annual plan that I did not registered for? And if I cancel the plan now, I will be charged an early cancellation fee?
