Request for refunding my plan of illustroator

Hello,
I subscribed to the Adobe Illustrator app, but I did not use the plan at all.
I have already canceled my subscription and deactivated the app.
Therefore, I would like to request a refund for the payments charged in October and November.
Please review my account and confirm the refund process.

@hanok1204 because you made your post in the Acrobat Reader Mobile forum, this would mean you may have made the purchase on your mobile device on the Google Play Store, you need to contact them directly. Adobe does not have access to your accounts and billings.  A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel. Now, if you are a past user have used a trial versions and then cancel it, the company may not cancel it and charge you for the app.
