Request for subscription cancellation and refund (Auto-renewal)

Hello,

I am writing to request a cancellation of my subscription and a refund for the recent charge.

My subscription was automatically renewed two days ago, and I noticed the price has increased. I have not used the service at all since the renewal took place.

Therefore, I would like to cancel the subscription immediately and request a full refund for this month's payment.

Please let me know if you need any further information.

Thank you.

Hi there,

I see you have an active Creative Cloud all apps subscription under the same email as with this community.  Of you wish to cancel the susbcription, please follow steps shared in this article: https://adobe.ly/3YzD1iQ. Also refer this article to understand the refund policies:https://adobe.ly/4aBVzqj.

Hope this helps.

Hello Adobe Support,

I’m trying to cancel my Creative Cloud All Apps (Annual plan, paid monthly), but the cancellation page shows an “Early cancellation fee” of ₩47,300 due now.

I’m confused because my monthly payment has already been charged. Could you please explain why an additional cancellation fee is required even though I already paid for this billing period?

Also, I have not used the subscription at all since it was purchased (no app usage). Is there any way to receive a full refund and cancel without the early cancellation fee? If a full refund isn’t possible, please let me know what refund/fee waiver options are available in my case.

Thank you for your help.

if you subscribe to an annual subscription (paid monthly) instead of a monthly subscription, you must pay a penaly (= 1/2 the amount remaining) for canceling early.
