Dear [Adobe Customer Support],

I hope this email finds you well. I recently discovered that my credit card has been charged for Adobe services for the past several months, despite not actively using or subscribing to any Adobe products during this period.

I kindly request a refund for the charges incurred during this time, and I would appreciate it if you could promptly process the refund without any additional fees.

Furthermore, I would like to cancel any existing subscriptions associated with my account without incurring any cancellation fees. Please provide confirmation once these actions have been successfully completed.

I understand that resolving this matter may take some time, but I would appreciate your urgent attention to this issue.

Thank you for your prompt assistance in addressing this concern. I look forward to a swift resolution.

Sincerely,

Jiwon Yoo

customer support isn't here for your issue.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
