Request for Verification of Adobe Charges

Hello,

 

I am contacting you because I have received several payment requests from Adobe for an amount of 13 euros. However, after checking all of my emails, I cannot find any active subscription. Could you please advise on how to verify the origin of these charges?

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

I checked your account, and saw an active subscription for Photoshop.

 

If you login here: https://adobe.ly/4ljLDEl with the same email address that you logged in to the community forums, you will be able to see your active subscription.

 

Hope this clarifies your question.

i have found the account now. However I have never used photoshop and did not know how i ended up with an subscription.

 

how can i contact someone from photoshop to help me ? I would like to cancel the subscription and avoid paying for something I didn't use.
