Request Full Refund Within 14-Day Period

I had cancelled before the trial ended, the trial ended and I got charged regardless - my subscription was converted to a a paid subscription.

I noticed the credit card charge today.

As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

Any customer support channels are unclear to me - no tab, Adobe clearly does not want anyone to ask for refund, and has made the cancellation process sneakily convoluted.

Could you please assist with this request? Either processing my refund or directing my message to the appropriate customer support channelsl.

Hi @Denis37586431sdw1,

I confirm that a refund has been initiated by Adobe. It may take 12-14 days for the refund to get processed.

We appreciate your patience.

@Tranquil_moments460c

you need to fix your payment method (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html) and then you can cancel your subscription.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Hi @Cheerful_help5ea9,

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, I found that you have subscribed to Adobe Photoshop thrice since 2024. Refund can only be provided if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase which makes your account ineligible for refund.

You may refer to this article for more details: https://adobe.ly/4qHgTk8

I hope it helps.

Hello, I started an Adobe free trial, which ended two days ago. I was charged for the subscription two days ago through my card, but the transaction has only reflected in my account today due to the weekend.

I did not intend to continue with the paid subscription. I have now cancelled the subscription and would like to request a full refund for this charge.

The charge was made immediately after my free trial ended, and I am contacting you as soon as I noticed the transaction in my account. I have not intended to continue using the paid subscription.

Could you please review my account and process a full refund? I would really appreciate your assistance.

Thank you.

Make sure the subscription was cancelled successfully, you would have received a confirmation email for the same. If that is done then you will automatically be refunded. See the following article for more details

I, too, have the same problem.  I want to cancel my trial before I am charged but Adobe does not allow this.  I did not even download the software. Please help.  I have canceled the credit card I was using to avoid being charged.
