I had cancelled before the trial ended, the trial ended and I got charged regardless - my subscription was converted to a a paid subscription.

I noticed the credit card charge today.

As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

    Hi @strong_Swirlb90a

I reviewed your account info and found that Adobe has initiated a refund today after you cancelled your subscription. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to get processed.

Let me know if you have any questions.

If this is trial upgraded to paid and not a renewal you will get a refund. Refunds are automatic and are issued generally within 14 days
