Request help to Cancel Account
Good afternoon,
On October 4, 2022, I accessed the "One Month Free Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription" offer that NVIDIA had on my computer in the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app. The offer was for 1 month, but I don't use the service and since then I've tried to cancel the account but without success, as any cancellation issue always sends me for a payment update. I would like you to help me cancel my account.
I performed the steps described here to cancel account, but there is no option to cancel without updating the payment details.
At this moment I would like the team to solve the problem and cancel my account as I do not use it.
