I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on March 3.

I noticed the credit card charged. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

I ALREADY cancel subscription but ai support said it can’t see pending refund. I DONT KNOW the refund process exactly. Could you explain?
