Hello,

I used to use the adobe flyfire package but now I don't need to use it. And in the past I have not used Adobe software. However, on January 17, 2025, Adobe deducted the service fee from my bank account. Now I don't need to use it and want to get a refund. I hope to get support.
Thank.

Thanks for writing in.
I checked and found that you subscribed to a monthly subscription for Adobe Express in November 2024. The subscription was cancelled on January 17, 2025.
I can not see any extra transaction requested from Adobe's end. I can not share anymore information through this public forum. Having said this, you have every right to discuss this in detail with our support team. You can start a private chat session with our support team here: https://adobe.ly/4hVrHps

you won't get a refund unless you're within 14 days of a trial start when you cancel.

.. and if, per @Shivangi_Gupta, you start a chat and want to bypass the bot, type "agent" in the chat field.
