Hello,

I recently noticed a charge for Adobe Lightroom processed via Adyen on my credit card statement.

I would like to cancel this recurring subscription immediately.

Unfortunately, I cannot find the exact account associated with this payment, so I kindly request that you look it up using my payment details below.

Payment Details:

  • Payment date: 2025-08-11

  • Amount: ₩13,200(Korean Won)

  • Card (last 4 digits): 5717 (shinhan Card)

Please proceed with canceling the subscription and stopping any future payments.

Thank you for your assistance.

no one can cancel for you.  you should also make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
