Request to Cancel Unintended Subscription

Dear Adobe Support,

I mistakenly forgot to cancel my one-week free trial and was automatically enrolled in a yearly subscription with monthly payments. I did not intend to subscribe and would like to request the cancellation of the plan.

I have not used the service since the subscription began, and I’m currently not in a financial position to afford the monthly charges. While I am not requesting a refund, I would sincerely appreciate having the subscription canceled without any fees.

Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,
Alexa

Hi Alexa,

I understand you are not willing to continue with the subscription. You can cancel the subscription using the article shared by the expert above.

I checked and found that your subscription is 8 days old. You can cancel it within 14 days and request for a full refund by contacting our support team here: https://adobe.ly/4jM9jka

Let us know if you have any questions.

...and type "agent" to bypass the bot, if you use chat.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
