Requesting a refund

I was charged on July 18 and canceled my subscription on July 19. I purchased through Google play store. Acrobat told me that they cannot see any subscription under my email. I only have 1 email. Now, I talked to one of the supervisor and he advised me that this case will be transferred to backend team. Is it possible that I will be refunded? Same case here?

you need to work with the google play store.

a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store: those Subscriptions are managed through the Play Store. To cancel your subscription and request a refund, please follow these steps:

     1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

     2. Tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the upper-left corner to open the menu.

     3. Select "Subscriptions."

     4. Find the Adobe Express subscription from the list and tap on it.

     5. Tap "Cancel Subscription."

     6. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

     7. To request a refund, you can contact Google Play Store support directly through the "Get Help" or "Contact Us" option within the Google Play Store app.

    Hi Jade,

I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused.

I wasn't able to find an active subscription associated with the email address you're using in this community. If you used a different email address to purchase the subscription, please let us know.

If you've been charged and are requesting a refund for a purchase made through Google Play, the Google Play support team is best placed to help with billing and refund requests. Please contact them again for assistance.

I hope this points you in the right direction. If there's anything else we can help check, feel free to let us know.

    Thanks

I canceled my subscription on July 19. Right after the day I was charged. I only used one email address.

I already contacted Google play before I contacted Adobe. Google play cannot process the refund because it is beyond their refund policy. They advised me to contact the developer.

    @Jade

Adobe won't issue a refund because you paid Google Play Store, not Adobe.
If you did not meet Google Play Store’s refund requirements, Adobe can’t help.
