Hello, I would like to ask for a refund. Yesterday I got a notification that my PayMaya has paid PHP 3311.84 after paying PHP 870.24 for Illustrator since September 26.

I want to receive a refund on the PHP 3311.84. I'm using a student account under my university's name. Please respond as soon as possible.

Refunds are issued automatically once the plan is cancelled. So first check what you are subscribed to https://account.adobe.com/plans. If the charge corresponds to the subscription then refer the refund rules to see if you would get a refund on cancellation or not https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

If you have being double charged then you will have to contact Adobe Support to sort this out.

Hello, I have cancelled the plans that is responsible to the issue, which is Adobe Stock. When or to whom should I get my refund?

As i said if you are eligible the refunds are processed automatically within 14 days. See the article to understand the refund rules. If you need confirmation then connect with Adobe Support they will let you know if a refund is under process or not.
