Requesting a refund for unused services

Hello, I have been charged twice now in February and May for 29.99 each. I have not used the service. I thought I cancelled my subscription immediately after the trial, but it did not cancel. I am requesting a refund, immediately. I have just cancelled my account today. Please refund me.

    I reviewed, it. Please refund for the month of May, I intended to cancel my membership after the 3 month trial, but it did not happen. Please refund.

    Generally, the trial is for 7 days, and you have 14 days to cancel in order to be eligible depending upon you plan type. I am not sure how you got the 3 months trial, is it an enterprise subscription? If so, then connect with your account admin. Only you, your admin(if applicable) or Adobe support can cancel your plan. Please refer the cancellation article I gave, it has the instructions to follow.
