Requesting a refund on my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription

Is it possible to get a refund on my adobe acrobat pro subscription?
My free trial ran out just today and I got charged £30, for the life of my I can’t find where I can submit a ticket with this kind of issue.

I cancelled my subscription as soon as I noticed the payment on my banking app.

    You will have to cancel the plan first. If you are eligible for refund it would be processed automatically and will reflect in your bank in around 2 weeks. See the following articles
