Question

Requesting refund after annual renewal I did not intend to make

Hello,

My Adobe subscription just renewed for another year automatically. I have already canceled it, but I still have access until july 11, 2026

I did not intend to renew the plan, and I have not used the service during this new billing period.

I would like to request a full refund for the annual charge, as I am still within the 14-day periord from the renewal date.

I understand that, under Adobe's refund policy and EU consumer protection laws, I am eligible for a full refund within this window.

Please let me know how to proceed.

Thank you,

regarding renewal cancellation, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/manage-auto-renewal-settings.html

ie, you have to cancel. make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

Hi @SHEYLA SOFÍA219502322pow,

Thanks for reaching out. I can see that the subscription got auto-renewed 2 days ago. Ideally it is advised to cancel the plan before the renewal date to avoid this situation. Please reach out to our support team here: https://adobe.ly/44E0RhD

They'll help you with the process.
