Requesting refund for annual plan billed yearly accidentally billed a day ago

Hi, my annual prepaid plan was renewed 2 days ago and payment deducted a few hours ago. I have since cancelled the plan and would like a refund and total cancellation from this month onward. I do not require it to continue till May 2027. Please assist in this as soon as possible.

    for others, you should cancel just prior to renewal.
