Requiero un reembolso, viendo las políticas se supone que soy apto para un reembolso si cancelo 14 días después de mi "compra o cargo", lo que pasa es que yo no estoy al tanto de los avisos y yo tenia suscrípcion por estudiante y se me hizo un cargo sin la "ayuda o rebaja" que me otorgan

    como puedo tener ese descuento, si sigo siendo estudiante?
