Resellers in Serbia are robbing us!

The only way to buy Adobe CC in Serbia is through resellers. It used to be there was no option to buy Adobe CC for individual users (only enterprises) now there is the option but it costs 1272$ per year and has to be payed in advance. That's double the amount that everybody payes online.

Adobe this is totally unfair. Average net salary in Serbia is 562€ and we have to pay double the amount than somebody from let's say France where avarage net salary is around 2,411€. So basically ordinary users (non enterprise) can't afford buying Adobe CC in Serbia.

When asked Adobe only says that there are a lot of resellers in Serbia. Yes there are but they all sell to enterprises not to individual users. And those that do sell individual licences, do it at double the price that Adobe is charging online withouth option of monthly payment.

53$ per month?! Would you pay this? And why not? If you know so much about Adobe's trading possibilities with Serbia could you kindly elaborate on that a bit more? What are the reasons we have such a treatment?

I would pay 53$ per month gladly. But the math here is different, It's 1272$ for a year which comes to 106$ per month. Also there is no option for monthly payment so you have to pay the whole amount in advance for a yearly subscription.

Don't blame Adobe. International trade agreements are very complicated. Owing to the current status of US & Serbian trade agreements, evidently Adobe is not allowed to trade directly with your country.

Hey Nancy, tnx for taking an intreset in the topic.

I agree with what you say about international trade. I am not sure what do you mean when you say Adobe is not allowed to trade with Serbia. Not allowed by whom?

The reason I made this topic is that there are a lot of IT people and those doing creative work who would benefit greatly from Adobe opening the online store here, which in turn would give Adobe a lot more users of their products here in Serbia.
