We are your client from Poland and we need residence certificate from your company.

Would you be so kind and send us a residence certificate for 2024?

Polish law requires the submission of such a certificate for tax purposes.

you'll need to request that in a non-public space. ie, an adobe employee will need to tell you how to do that.
