Resignation from two packages and buying a full package of programs

I recently bought two adobe plans - a photo one and one for vector graphics. Today it turned out that I needed one more program, so I decided to cancel both plans and buy the full adobe creative cloud package (all programs overlap now). I have already bought one package here and I will receive a refund, a surplus. The question is what about the second plan? Is there an option to be reimbursed for it as well and not to pay the premature termination penalty?
