Résiliation après période d'essai

Question

Bonjour, je n'ai pas fait attention qu'on pouvait résilier sans frais uniquement pendant la priode d'essai, je souhaiterais demander la résiliation sans frais si possible, j'avais juste besoin de Adobe pour un pdf il y a 2 mois et je souhaite arrêter mon abonnement mais on me demande 129$ de frais si j'arrête mon abonnement maintenant... Comment faire svp ?

Tu as pris un abonnement annuel. Pour annuler cet abonnement sans frais, il faut attendre le dernier mois de l'abonnement. Alternativement, tu peux annuler à tout moment en payant les frais d'annulation, qui sont la moitié du reste dû.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
