Résilier un abonnement

Bonjour, 

j'aimerais résilier mon abonnement. Je paye tous les mois alors que quand je vais sur le site, on m'indique que je n'ai aucune formule payante. Que faire pour résilier l'abonnement? Merci.

Since you are having trouble unsubscribing, contact Adobe Customer Care. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

They can also check to see if you are subscribed under a second Adobe ID. If you are subscribed to an annual plan, there is a fee for early termination.
